Dr. Maureen Orey, CPLP
An engaging international speaker, expert facilitator and executive coach, Dr. Orey's passion is to work with business leaders in local businesses, Fortune 50 organizations and non-profit associations . She helps them to stay afloat by improving their communication and leadership skills to build a diverse and resilient team. She is the published author of four books: 101 Ideas for an Influential Presentation (Learniappe, 2014), Communication Skills Training (ASTD Press, 2005 & 2015) and Successful Staffing in a Diverse Workplace (1995)

Dr. Orey is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), and was a Pilot Pioneer for that certification with the American Society for Training and Development. She is certified in Servant Leadership from the San Diego Leadership Institute, and is a certified facilitator of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Effective Project Management and Crucial Conversations. She holds a M. Ed from the University of San Diego, a B.A in Psychology from San Diego State University, and recently completed her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

Her clients include Fortune 50 and 500 companies such as Boeing, Sony and Rolls Royce, as well as ATD, Scripps Healthcare, the US Navy, US Forest Service and more.. Maureen has been recognized as "Outstanding Instructor of the Year" by SDSU's College of Extended Studies, and the 2014 Finalist for Excellence in Customer service with the San Diego Chamber of Commerce.

Born and raised in San Diego, Maureen is a proud mother of three children. She is passionate about achieving a great work/life balance. In an effort to stay fit and healthy Maureen has earned her Black Belt in Tang Soo Do, and is an amateur body builder in her spare time.. which lately isn't much!

David Fares, J.D.
​David is the President and Senior Consultant at New Perspectives, LLC. New Perspectives is a creative, innovative yet results-oriented training, mediation, facilitation, coaching and consulting company dedicated to “revealing the leader” in its customers, whether they be individuals or organizations. 

With a Bachelor’s in Speech Communications, a Masters in Educational Leadership, a Juris Doctorate Degree (Law) and work experiences as a consultant, an attorney, a mediator, a facilitator, a trainer, a college professor and a Learning, Performance and Quality business executive, David is well-skilled and highly acclaimed in his capability to balance logic, intelligence, learning-accountability, creativity and passion in the meditations workshops and training that he facilitates as well as the projects and business initiatives he leads and collaborates on.

Nina E. Woodard
Ms. Woodard serves as the President and Chief ‘N’ Sights Officer for Nina E. Woodard & Associates. She launched this company upon her return to the US at the end of third quarter 2008. Using customized executive coaching and strategic business consulting strategies, Ms. Woodard strives to heighten confidence in business leaders as they move into overseas markets. 

Nina’s career has encompassed 32 years in the field of banking. Her rich Human Resources background includes leadership roles in practical day to day activity as well as significant change initiatives, including M and A work and establishing a shared services center for finance. She has worked across North, Central and South America, in the Middle East and in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan. 
Cindy Molina, M.S., CPLP, SPHR

Cindy is a Senior Consultant with the Workplace Learning and Performance Group. She has over twenty years of experience in human resources and specializes in corporate training and development, leadership and organizational development, instructional design, and employee engagement. She is passionate about helping leaders and employees improve their performance in the workplace using a variety of people and culture strategies. An accomplished leader, trainer, facilitator, instructor, speaker, consultant, coach and human resources professional that has experience working in both for-profit and non-profit organizations including financial services, healthcare, education and professional development associations.
Cindy earned her Masters of Science degree in Instructional Systems from Florida State University, a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University, and holds both the CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) professional credentials.​
Sharon Lieder, MBA
Sharon Lieder is an Organization Development and Performance Consultant specializing in organizational effectiveness, leadership development and strategic planning. After receiving her MBA from UCLA, she joined TRW Systems where she was involved in one of the early organizational development programs.

Sharon was a senior consultant for MOHR Development, a firm specializing in the behavioral modeling approach to performance development. As a Master Trainer, she coached and certified trainers as well as developing participant materials and trainer guides. 

As a former Feedback Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership, she provided coaching to executives in several of the Center's programs. Sharon is an adjunct lecturer at the University of San Diego’s School of Business teaching Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. She was also affiliated with the Professional Development Center at San Diego State University both teaching and consulting. 

Sharon has extensive experience in system change projects in the private and public sector. She is an experienced executive coach skilled in number of assessment instruments. Her facilitation skills are utilized by executive and project teams as well as Boards of Directors.
