Workshop Details:
A resilient business has the capacity to not only survive economic challenges, but to learn and grow from them, to become stronger as a result of such challenges. While stress, trauma, adversity and economic challenges are rarely welcome, your personal and business resilience enables you to find a way to move beyond the challenge and toward a stronger and more capable professional. 

The objectives for the session are to:

1. Define resilience and its importance in an age of uncertainty.
2. Identify the characteristics that foster resilience.
3. Discover the five key strategies for a resilient business
4. Complete the Resilience Quotient (RQ) assessment!

Maureen is a small business owner, award winning international speaker and best-selling author with over twenty five years of experience in the fields of management, leadership, training and diversity. She has trained thousands of business leaders over the years, and strives to create a dynamic learning experience for session participants.

Parking Options:


  •   Smart Meters are available on A Street between 3rd & 4th (Note; you can use a credit or debit card for parking - runs about $1.00 per hour)
  •  Bring a pocket full of quarters, you may need about $3 to $4
  •  If you don't mind the walk... you can park at Horton Plaza & walk about 3 blocks (They validate 3 hours for free!)  
  •   There are a number of pay lots nearby, they will cost between $8 - 10 for 2 hours or more
