Maureen is the President of the Workplace Learning and Performance Group. She has over twenty five years of experience in the fields of managment, training, human resources, diversity and leadership development. She works with organizations in many industries including retail, hospitality, academia, local government, manufacturing, and professional associations. Maureen was awarded "Instructor of the Year" in 2008 by the San Diego State University College of Extended Studies.

Author of How to Be CEO of Your Own Life, has coached hundreds of professionals to transform their own strengths and experiences into fresh starts and better results. She earned her MS in Counseling at San Diego State University and was licensed in California as a Marriage, Family & Child Therapist. She has been a business and presentation skills coach for 15 years through her company.

Jason is a personal coach specializing in confidence. He started coaching clients to help them become more successful in their dating lives, now Jason moved on to helping solo entrepreneurs learn to sell their products and services in the most natural, assured way.

Ian Campbell

Ian’s comprehensive and integrated approach to marketing, advertising, and consulting helped him break into the industry as a marketing consultant at only 21 years old. By the age of 22, he was already acting as an executive level consultant, which gave him the perspective on small, mid-market and startup businesses he needed to develop and implement all aspects of his clients’ sales and marketing campaigns.

At 23, Ian expanded on his reputation by establishing an independent marketing consulting firm and bringing in millions of dollars for clients. Today, he manages and owns four marketing and advertising powerhouses: Mission Partners, The Mission Suite, San Diego Strategy, and Integrated Sales Approach, all of which combine powerful strategies with industry insight to achieve incredible results. He remains imbued with the entrepreneurial spirit, investing in partnerships that will spur company and client growth for years to come.

Vicki is the CEO of Marketing Impressions, a San Diego based Marketing firm. Vicki believes that business ownership is the ticket to wealth and freedom. She has a passion for supporting business owners. For over 25 years, she has increased her client’s business visibility resulting in dramatically increased customers and sales. It is her job to stay ahead of the curve on all the new marketing tools and pick out the best ones. Her specialties include Internet Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing, as well as tried and true print and television advertising.

Alisa A. Shorago, J.D. is an accomplished trainer, specializing in helping employees communicate professionally, effectively, and clearly. She delivers on-site seminars that employees learn from and enjoy in the areas of harassment prevention; business and legal writing; workplace speaking/presentation skills; communication skills for customer service; and business professionalism and etiquette.

As an adjunct instructor on the faculties of UCSD Extension, Southwestern College, and University of Phoenix, Alisa specializes in making complex subjects understandable and approachable. She also has extensive experience as a litigation attorney and writer/editor.
