Since 2012, she has been a client experience consultant and facilitator for several major brands and their major initiatives: Lincoln, Audi, Acura, Nissan, Sonexus, Cardinal Health and Two Labs being part of her portfolio of work.
Prior to her consulting business, Margaret spent 8 years in HR and Recruiting for Nordstrom, sourcing, interviewing and hiring 100’s of passionate salespeople and interns for the organization. “It’s never the wrong time to hire the right person” is her recruiting mantra. Previously a high school English teacher, Margaret has always been in the “people business”, mentoring and coaching students, salespeople, and managers to identify their talent, drive their brand, and above all -- value connection and relationships.
