About the Event
We are living in tumultuous times, and it's important t know that resilience is not automatic - it takes purposeful effort to build the muscle of resilience. This webinar offers you six tips we lean from nature about how to Stay Afloat in challenging times. Join Dr. Mo for this insightful (and complimentary) webinar!
Resilience is the capacity to not only survive life’s challenges, but to learn and grow from them, to become stronger as a result of such challenges. While stress, trauma, adversity, and dramatic change are rarely welcome, your personal resilience enables you to find a way to move beyond the challenge and toward a stronger self. This capacity, a key factor in determining how people will respond to change, is something that each of us can grow and strengthen in our lives.
Using the concept of bio-mimicry, this program offers you six tips we learn from nature about how to stay afloat in challenging times. You have heard the saying “let it roll off you, like water off a duck’s back”, but did you know that ducks aren’t always waterproof? Yes – even a duck can drown! This program will help you:
• Identify key characteristics that enable resilience • Explore how to develop a resilience in yourself and others • Discover a simple and memorable Stay Afloat model
This virtual workshop will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd @ 11:30 am. It will be hosted on Zoom and you’ll need to RSVP, as this will fill up!
Note: If you know anything about me, you will know that I detest a huge sales pitch in most any kind of presentation... so rest assumed that my goal is to provide inspiration about being more resilient during these challenging times.
