Maureen did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged during our three day Train the Trainer workshop! I loved her style of facilitating. It was a great balance of hands-on activities, open discussions and individual learning.
I found that Maureen was very intuitive, and able to guide us through the training, allowing us to figure out and work through our different answers instead of just presenting all the material. It's now been several days since I attended Train the Trainer, and I'm discovering how much more I retained, and am able to apply.
I've already had the opportunity to create some implementation, and start more discussions surrounding training, creating learning objectives, & building structure for myself & my team.
