Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to Dr. Maureen Orey at maureen@wlpgroup.com seven days prior to the event, otherwise the funds will be applied to the next event. The WLPGroup is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as internet connectivity, weather conditions, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after the event begins. Registrations cancelled within 7 business days are subject to full refund, less transaction fees of 3%. Registrations cancelled before June 26th are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
